Delhi Mahila Samriddhi Yojana Apply and List
On the day of Women, International Women's Day the Delhi government officially announced the Delhi Mahila Samriddhi Yojana Scheme to give Rs. 2500 per month to women of Delhi.
The government also announced some rules and regulations under the scheme. Any woman who wants to get benefits from this scheme has to fulfill the eligibility criteria.
Every eligible woman will get financial help from the government Under the Mahila Samridhi Yojana, beneficiary women will be given financial assistance of Rs 2500 every month. Here are the Eligible Criteria for Delhi Mahila Samriddhi Yojana:
5 years of citizenship is a must for this scheme. It’s clear that the government gives benefits to those women who are citizens of Delhi for at least 5 years.
According to the announcement the BPL card is more important than the Aadhar card because the government is clear that the benefits will be provided to those women who have BPL cards.
BPL card is proof that the cardholder women live in a low-income group or poor condition. The government's main focus is to give financial help to poor women.
To the benefits of this scheme, the age meets to criteria and now the age is set from 21 to 59. Any woman who meets that age group can get benefits.
Applicant women have their own named bank account and the account must linked with an Aadhaar card.
The government will send the amount of Rs. 2500 directly to the women’s bank account.
Before getting the benefit of the scheme every eligible woman will have to complete their registration to Delhi Mahila Samriddhi Yojana online or offline.
Registration is important, without registration, no one gets the benefits of the scheme.
There were some other rules for those who were not able to get the benefits of the scheme also they could not register for the scheme.
If the women serve any government job to any government body not eligible to apply for Delhi Mahila Samriddhi Yojana.
If any of the family members of the applicant women file income tax will not be eligible for the Delhi Mahila Samriddhi Yojana.
If the woman is a pensioner then the woman will not be able to apply for the scheme.
The Delhi Mahila Samriddhi Yojana is a direct benefit and women-empowering scheme for the state of Delhi.
