Delhi Lakshmi Yojana 2026 Required Documents (ज़रूरी दस्तावेज़)

To apply for the Delhi Lakshmi Yojana 2026, the Department of Women and Child Development requires you to submit specific documents. These documents prove that you are a genuine resident of Delhi and eligible for the ₹2500 monthly benefit.

The government has strictly categorized the required documents into three main sections. You must have documents from all three categories to apply.

A. Mandatory Documents (अनिवार्य दस्तावेज़)

These are the basic documents every applicant must have:

1. Aadhaar Card: Your Aadhaar card is mandatory for identification. The name on your application must exactly match your Aadhaar card.

2. Aadhaar-Linked Bank Account: You must have a bank account linked to your Aadhaar card. The ₹2500 will be transferred directly to this account.

3. Active Mobile Number: You need an active mobile number to register and track your application later.

4. Income Proof (BPL/Yellow Card): You must have a BPL card, yellow ration card, or a valid income certificate showing your family's annual income is less than Rs. 3 Lakh.

B. Residential Proof for 10 Years (10 वर्ष के निवास का प्रमाण)

This is the most critical new requirement! You must prove you have lived in Delhi for at least 10 years. You can use Any One of the following:

- Old Voter ID Card (issued 10+ years ago)

- Old Ration Card

- Old Electricity Bill or Water Bill in your name

- 10-year-old Bank Passbook entries

C. Age Proof (आयु प्रमाण)

You must prove that you are 21 years old or above. You can use Any One of the following:

- Birth Certificate

- School Leaving Certificate (10th marksheet)

- Aadhaar Card or Voter ID (if age is clearly mentioned)
