Step 1: You have to visit the brand new official website portal: dly.delhi.gov.in

Step 2: On the homepage, look for the "Register Now!" button or go directly to the Registration Page by clicking here: dly.delhi.gov.in/Account/Register

Step 3: The registration form will open. You have to enter your active mobile number in the box. (Make sure this mobile number is working because you will receive important OTPs on it).

Step 4: After entering the mobile number, click to receive the OTP. Enter the OTP in the next box to verify your mobile number.

Step 5: Now, fill in your personal details exactly as they appear on your Aadhaar Card. Upload the required Mandatory Documents, the 10-Year Residential Proof, and your Age Proof.

Step 6: Finally, review your details carefully and click on the "Submit" button to complete your registration. You will receive a confirmation message on your mobile number.
